Welcome to Isbah Immigration. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Isbah Immigration website (the "Site") and our concierge document preparation services (the "Services"). By accessing the Site or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Important Legal Disclaimer: Isbah Immigration is an independent, technology-driven document preparation service. We are not a law firm, we are not attorneys, and we are not affiliated with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) or any government agency. We cannot and do not provide legal advice, opinions, or representation.
1. Description of Services
Isbah Immigration provides an online platform and concierge service to assist individuals in preparing U.S. immigration forms. Our services include providing access to our Secure Client Portal, utilizing AI technology to extract data from user-uploaded documents, and having our internal team map that data onto blank USCIS forms for the user's final review and submission.
2. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship
The information provided by Isbah Immigration along with the content on our website related to legal matters is provided for your private use and does not constitute legal advice. We cannot review your answers for legal sufficiency, draw legal conclusions, provide legal advice, opinions or recommendations about your legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms, or strategies.
Your use of the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Isbah Immigration. If your case involves a criminal record, prior deportations, or complex immigration violations, you should seek the advice of a licensed attorney.
3. Your Responsibilities
By using our Services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information and documents to the best of your knowledge.
- Carefully review all finalized forms and drafts provided to you by Isbah Immigration before signing or submitting them to USCIS. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the final documents.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your Secure Client Portal login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Understand that you are ultimately acting as your own representative (pro se) before USCIS.
4. Fees, Payments, and Government Costs
The fees listed on our website are strictly for Isbah Immigration's document preparation and concierge services. These fees do not include any mandatory government filing fees required by USCIS or the Department of State.
All payments are processed securely via third-party processors (such as Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All sales are final once document preparation has commenced.
5. Service Timeline and 48-Hour Targeted Delivery
Our 48-hour turnaround is a professional target that begins EXCLUSIVELY once the following three conditions are met:
- Full Documentation: All required evidence (Passports, IDs, etc.) is uploaded and clearly legible.
- Context Verification: The client has submitted the 5-year address and employment history via the Intake Portal.
- Expert Confirmation: An Isbah Concierge has manually moved the case to 'IN_PROGRESS' status.
Delays caused by USCIS portal outages, incomplete evidence, or technical issues do not constitute a breach of service.
6. Use of AI Technology
Isbah Immigration utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI), to securely extract data from the documents you upload. By using our Services, you consent to our use of these tools to process your information for the sole purpose of populating your immigration forms. Your data is not used to train public AI models.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isbah Immigration and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
