Privacy Policy
We know that navigating immigration requires a lot of trust. Because we handle highly sensitive documents, keeping your personal information safe is our top priority.

Welcome to Isbah Immigration ("we," "our," or "us"). We provide document preparation and concierge services to make your U.S. immigration journey a little easier. This Privacy Policy is written simply to explain how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website and use our Secure Client Portal.
Our Promise to You: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data to outside marketers. Your information is used strictly to help you prepare your requested immigration forms—nothing else.
1. The Information We Collect
Because immigration applications require detailed background information, we need to collect sensitive personal data to properly complete your U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) forms. This typically includes:
- Who you are: Full legal name, date of birth, Alien Registration Number (A-Number), Social Security Number (SSN), gender, and marital history.
- How to reach you: Email addresses, current and past physical addresses, and phone numbers.
- Your evidence: Secure copies of passports, visas, birth certificates, marriage certificates, and I-94 travel records.
- Financial details: Tax returns, W-2s, and employment history (usually only needed if you are filing an Affidavit of Support, like the I-864).
- Payment details: Processed securely via Stripe. For your safety, we never store full credit card numbers on our own servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We believe in only using your data to get the job done. We use your information specifically to deliver the concierge services you asked for:
- To carefully extract relevant data from your uploaded documents using secure, automated tools, ensuring your USCIS forms (like the I-130, I-485, or N-400) are filled out accurately and efficiently.
- To communicate with you warmly and clearly regarding missing evidence, draft approvals, and case status.
- To securely email or physically mail your finalized application packet directly to you.
- To process your payments and keep your account safe from fraud.
3. Who We Share Your Information With
Your privacy is important, so we only share your information with trusted partners who help us run our platform and deliver your service:
- Secure Service Providers: We use industry-leading companies for cloud hosting (Google Cloud), database management, and payment processing (Stripe). These providers are bound by strict privacy agreements.
- USCIS / Government Agencies: We will only send your information to the U.S. government if you explicitly choose our "Online Filing" or "Mail Directly to USCIS" options at checkout. Otherwise, you are the only one who receives and submits your final packet.
- Legal Requirements: While rare, we may need to disclose information if legally required by a valid subpoena, court order, or law enforcement request.
4. Keeping Your Data Safe
We treat your data exactly how we would want our own data treated. Your documents are uploaded to our "Secure Vault," protected by enterprise-level encryption both while they are being sent to us and while they are stored safely on our servers. Our team follows strict security rules, including multi-factor authentication, to ensure only authorized staff can view your file.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We hold onto your personal information and documents only for as long as we need to complete your service and meet any legal record-keeping requirements. Once your case is completely finished, you are always welcome to contact our support team to request the deletion of your uploaded documents from our servers.
6. Cookies and Tracking
Like most websites, we use standard cookies to keep your logged-in session secure and help our site run smoothly. We may also use basic analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You are always in control and can manage your cookie preferences through the banner that pops up when you first visit.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to keep up with new security features or legal requirements. If we make any big changes, we'll let you know by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
8. We're Here to Help
If you ever have any questions, concerns, or simply want to know more about how we keep your data safe, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our team is always happy to chat:
