The Role
As our Data Quality Engineer / SDET, you will be the gatekeeper of accuracy for our core platform. The Role
We are a technology-driven company, but immigration is profoundly human. As a Concierge Specialist, you will review the output of our automated tools, correct any formatting issues on USCIS forms (e.g., I-130, I-485, N-400), and act as the primary guide for our clients through their preparation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Review system-generated form drafts for accuracy against client-uploaded evidence.
- Communicate securely with clients via the Isbah Client Portal to gather missing information or clarify details.
- Verify translated documents and structure evidence for Family and Marriage Green Card petitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct free consultations to qualify clients and explain the difference between our document preparation service and a law firm.
- Provide basic tech support (e.g., password resets, explaining SMS verification).
